My Approach

I provide psychotherapy and counselling face-to-face or online, to adults and adolescents dealing with a range of emotional and relationship problems. I offer a safe, confidential space in which you can explore, understand and manage the impact of whatever is troubling you, to increase self-awareness and give you more choices in life to bring about positive change. I use a variety of techniques and models and my specialism is Transactional Analysis.
